Waterix AIRIT^® 70

Waterix AIRIT^® 70 is a compact sized and lightweight aerator, which is ideal for aerating both for small sewage basins and lakes. The Waterix AIRIT^® 70 aerator is especially favoured for aerating of dumping ground seepage, where its special characteristics of easy handling, reliable structure and low energy consumption are best emphasized.

The AIRIT^® 70 aerator needs an area in the basin with a diameter of approximately three metres. In addition, a suction pipe up to a length of twelve metres may be fitted to the aerator. When fitted with the suction pipe, the device is especially suitable for aeration of deeper basins or lakes. 

The manageability of the device is excellent. Many customers have chosen the Waterix AIRIT^® 70 aerator equipped with floats, in order for it to be utilized in aeration basins where the water level can rise and fall. The AIRIT^® 70 aerator moves a vast amount of water, so the process will require little or no extra mixing. As a lightweight device with simple entirety, Waterix AIRIT^® 70 aerators are very easy to install. Compared to, for instance, bottom aerating where the tubing and compressor require the construction of a heavy infrastructure, the Waterix AIRIT^® 70 aerator only requires a basin and electricity. At the same time, its operating efficiency remains high throughout the product's life cycle.

More Waterix AIRIT^® 70 aerators may also be added in the future if necessary. In this way, the capacity of the facility does not need to be initially over-dimensioned; rather the capacity may be increased as and when necessary. In respect to servicing, the AIRIT^® 70 aerator is excellent. As a number of devices are usually installed to a single basin, servicing and maintenance can be performed without interrupting the process. This entails in a reduction in overall costs as there is no longer need for one line to be shut down for performing, maintenance and servicing tasks. The Waterix aerator does not include any parts that require regular replacement, so the need for servicing and maintenance is minimal.
